Abstract

A B S T R A K Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Komitmen Organisasional sebagai Variabel Mediasi di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Dharmasraya Thesis oleh: Atika Aulia Putri Pembimbing: Dr. Hendra Lukito, SE, MM Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran Komitmen Organisasi sebagai mediasi pengaruh pelatihan dan mendisiplinkan kinerja karyawan di Departemen PUPR Dharmasraya. Sampel berjumlah 56 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan disiplin kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja staf di Departemen PUPR Dharmasraya, pelatihan dan disiplin dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasi di Departemen PUPR Dharmasraya dan komitmen organisasi memiliki peran dalam mediasi pelatihan dan disiplin kinerja karyawan di Departemen PUPR Dharmasraya. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, dan Kinerja Pegawai A B S T R A C T Effect of Training and Work Discipline Against Employee Performance With Organizational Commitment As Variable Mediation in the Public Works Department and Spatial Dharmasraya Thesis by: Atika Aulia Putri Mentor: Dr. Hendra Lukito, SE, MM The purpose of this study was to determine how much the role of Organizational Commitment as a mediating influence of training and discipline the performance of employees at the Department of PUPR Dharmasraya. Samples are 56 people with the sampling method using saturation sampling method. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach and data collection was done by questionnaire. The results showed that the training and discipline of work can improve the performance of staff at the Department PUPR Dharmasraya, training and discipline can increase organizational commitment at the Department PUPR Dharmasraya and organizational commitment has a role in mediation training and discipline the performance of employees at the Department of PUPR Dharmasraya.
