Abstract

Abstract The number of universities in Indonesia in 2018 has increased compared to the previous year number which was 4,504 colleges. Andalas University is one of the institutions in Indonesia that provides educational services in West Sumatra and has several courses in various fields of science. Andalas University has numerous students and increased every year. Due to the large amount, Andalas University has to monitor and do measure continuous the student’s performance and graduates as well as managing resources to support the achievement of strategic objectives university in accordance with accreditation standards BAN-PT. For these reasons, the need for the application of Business Intelligence to analyze and monitor the high performance is crucial and aimed for the results of analyzing and monitoring the basis in performing management actions related to the performance of students and graduates so as to create an optimal process so that the resulting output can be in accordance with the standards published by the BAN -PT related students and graduates. Dashboard is a display that will be used by the university’s Top Level Management in analyzing information on the accreditation performance of standard 3 and 4. This information will then be used as a reference for the top level management of Andalas University in making decision. The design of the system is done by designing dashboard for standard 3 and standard 4 BAN-PT accreditation based on scrum methodology. The stages of the scrum methodology are pregame stage, game stage and postgame stage. The performance of students and workers based accreditation standards BAN-PT is reach out the KPI. But the student’s GPA should be increased because at several years (2016-2018), the student’s GPA is below the KPI. The information is delivered quickly and easily using the conducted dashboard using Microsoft Power BI Desktop application. There are 6 dashboards that has been conducted, i.e. dashboard of student, dashboard of applicant, dashboard of prospective student, dashboard of student’s GPA, dashboard of workers and dashboard of the ratios.
