J (56 Tahun) dengan Kanker Serviks stadium III B + Restensio urine + Susp urosepsis dan Penerapan Evidence Based Nursing Practice Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam dan Terapi Psikospiritual di Ruang Ginekologi-Onkologi Kebidanan RSUP. Dr. M.Djamil Padang ABSTRAK Di Indonesia diperkirakan ditemukan 40 ribu kasus baru kanker serviks setiap tahunnya. Kanker serviks merupakan pertumbuhan sel yang abnormal pada leher rahim. Pada tahap awal kanker serviks tidak menunjukkan gejalanya, gejala baru muncul ketika kanker sudah menyebar. Biasanya gejala yang ditimbulkan dari kanker serviks yaitu perdarahan abnormal, nyeri dibagian bawah perut atau kram panggul, keputihan yang berulang, dan kesulitan berkemih. Kasus kanker serviks menjadi kasus terbanyak di ruangan ginekologi onkologi RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang pada bulan Maret - Juli 2018 yaitu sebanyak 154 kasus. Tujuan laporan ilmiah akhir ini adalah membahas asuhan keperawatan pada Ny.J (56 tahun) dengan kanker serviks stadium III B + Retensi Urin + Susp Urosepsis sedang di ruang ginekologi-onkologi RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang dan penerapan evidence based nursing practice dalam pelaksanaan intervensi keperawatan. Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam merupakan suatu bentuk asuhan keperawatan dimana perawat mengajarkan klien melakukan nafas dalam dan bagaimana cara melepaskan nafas secara perlahan.. Terapi psikopsiritual yaitu terapi yang menekankan pada kekuatan spiritual. Selain itu, kedua terapi ini efisien dari segi biaya, non invasif, dan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengurangan nyeri kronis dan juga kecemasan pada pasien kanker serviks. Setelah dilakukan implementasi diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan terapi teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi spikospiritual mampu mengurangi skala nyeri dan kecemasan pada pasien dengan kanker serviks. Laporan ini dapat menjadi masukan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan khususnya pada klien dengan kanker serviks serta penerapan evidence based nursing practice di ruangan. Djamil Padang ABSTRACT In Indonesia it is estimated that 40,000 new cases of servical cancer are found each year. Cervical cancer is abnormal cell growth in the cervix. In the early stages of cervical cancer do not show symptoms, new symptoms appear when the cancer has spread. Usually the symptoms caused by cervical cancer are abnormal bleeding, pain in the lower abdomen or pelvic cramps, repeated vaginal discharge, and difficulty urinating. Cervical cancer cases are the most cases in the oncology gynecology room of Dr. M. Djamil Padang in March - July 2018 which is 154 cases. The purpose of this final scientific report is to discuss nursing care for Ny. J (56 years) with stage III B cervical cancer + Urinary Retention + Susp Urosepsis currently in the gynecology-oncology room of Dr. RSUP. M. Djamil Padang and the application of evidence based nursing practice in the implementation of nursing interventions. Deep breathing relaxation technique is a form of nursing care where nurses teach clients to breathe deeply and how to slowly release breath. Psychopsiritual therapy is therapy that emphasizes spiritual strength. In addition, both therapies are cost efficient, non-invasive, and have a positive effect on reducing chronic pain and anxiety in cervical cancer patients. After implementation, the results showed that the application of therapy to deep breathing relaxation techniques and spicospiritual therapy was able to reduce the scale of pain and anxiety in patients with cervical cancer. This report can be an input in providing nursing care especially to clients with cervical cancer and the application of evidence based nursing practice in the room..
