Abstract
Abstrak Salah satu upaya dalam pembangunan kesehatan adalah peningkatan mutu pelayanan. Puskesmas sebagai sarana pelayanan kesehatan primer. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan mutu pelayanan kesehatan pada balai pengobatan umum di Puskesmas Kota Padang. Penelitian menggunakan desain kombinasi pendekatan kuantitatif pada 108 pasien balai pengobatan umum (Bp umum) di Puskesmas Kota Padang dan kualitatif pada 26 orang informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden menyatakan mutu pelayanan kesehatan baik. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan dimensi bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati berhubungan dengan mutu pelayanan kesehatan ( p < 0.05). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan dimensi empati merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan. Hasil penelitian kualitatif diketahui faktor fasilitas fisik, perhatian petugas, dan waktu tunggu, masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar Puskesmas memaksimalkan faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan yang masih belum memenuhi harapan pasien dengan membuat sistem pelayanan yang efisien dan koordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal (stakeholder). Kata Kunci : Dimensi mutu, puskesmas, pelayanan Abstract One of the efforts in health development is the improvement of service quality of Public Health Center as the primary health services. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to the quality of health services at polyclinic of Padang public health centers. This study was conducted using a combination design of quantitative approaches in 108 patients of polyclinic at PHC in Padang and qualitative on 26 informants. The results showed that the majority of respondents stated the quality of health services was good. Bivariate analysis showed that the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were related to the quality of health services (p <0.05). The result of multivariate analysis showed that empathy was that most influencing factor in quality of service. The results of qualitative research noted that the factors of facilities / infrastructure, officer attention, and waiting time still need to be improved. It suggests that Public Health Center should improve the factors that influence service quality that still do not meet patient expectation by making efficient service system and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
