Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the cash holding of companies that participating in the CGPI program from 2012-2016. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In this study, there were 19 companies as samples. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show that leverage has a negative effect on cash holding. On the other hand, CGPI, credit ratings, company size, growth opportunities, and dividends are not significant for cash holding. It can be concluded only leverage that affect companies in Indonesia.
