Abstract

This study aim to describe and analyze Effectivity of Productive Economy Venture Capital Support for Social Economical Vulnerable Women by DinasSosial dan TenagaKerja Kota Padang. The background of this study was social welfare of social and economical vulnerable women in Padang City. And the efforts of DinasSosialdanTenagaKerja Kota Padangin resolving social welfare problem by giving venture productive economy capital support to social and economical vulnerable women. This study used qualitative approach and descriptive type of research. Data collecting technique was performed through interview and documentation.the theory used in this research is organization effectivity proposed by Gibson. Meanwhile data validation technique researcher used was sources triangulation. Informans was selected using purposive sampling technique. The result of this study shows that program of productive economy venture capital support for social and economical vulnerable women program by DinasSosialdanTenagaKerja Kota Padangin general was not effectively performed.Objective legibility was not effective because thetime length in objective accomplishment was not decided. Objective accomplishment strategi legibility was not effective because the strategy used in this program is obscure.Resolute analysis and policy making process was effective because there was coordination with BAZNAS Kota Padang before this program was carried out. Careful planning was effective because it used budget plan. Appropriate program making was quite effective because there is target, procedure, time, and budget which used in this program.Facility availability has effective because there is money support given at Kantor Dinas Sosial dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Padang. Educative supervision and controlling system has not yet effective because there was no supervision after the capital support is given.
