Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Daya terima dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya tingkat kesukaan, kebiasaan makan, dan jadwal pemberian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan tingkat kesukaan, kebiasaan makan, dan jadwal pemberian dengan daya terima PMT-AS. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional yang dilakukan dari bulan Maret-Juli di 6 Sekolah Dasar Penerima PMT-AS di Kota Solok dengan 97 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung dan wawancara dengan alat bantu menggunakan kuisioner seperti uji tingkat kesukaan dengan metode smiley face, dan daya terima dengan menggunaakan metode comstock. Analisis data yaitu uji korelasi dan uji T-test-Independent. Hasil Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, uji tingkat kesukaan diperoleh menu yang paling tidak disukai oleh responden yaitu kue lalampa singkong (36,1%) dan menu yang paling disukai responden yaitu nugget lele (48,5%) dan bolu kukus fruit (45,4%), sebagian besar responden memiliki kebiasaan makan 2 kali/hari (57,7%), dan sebagian besar responden tidak tepat waktu (62,9%) mendapatkan kudapan PMT-AS. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara tingkat kesukaan dengan daya terima (r = 0,775 ; p = 0,0001) dan tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kebiasaan makan dengan daya terima (r = 0,093 ; p = 0,363). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara jadwal pemberian dengan daya terima (p = 0,121). Kesimpulan Terdapat korelasi positif yang kuat antara tingkat kesukaan dan daya terima sehingga semakin tinggi tingkat kesukaan semakin tinggi daya terima. Terdapat korelasi positif dengan kekuatan korelasi yang sangat lemah antara kebiasaan makan dan daya terima PMT-AS. Tidak ada hubungan jadwal pemberian terhadap daya terima PMT-AS anak sekolah. Perlu diadakannya evaluasi program PMT-AS oleh DISPENDUK secara berkala terhadap Tim Koordinasi PMT-AS untuk mengevaluasi daya terima PMT-AS dan diadakannya pengenalan pentingnya makanan pangan lokal bagi anak sekolah penerima PMT-AS. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of preference, eating habits, and schedule of administration with the acceptance of PMT-AS. Method This study used a cross-sectional design conducted from March to July in 6 PMT-AS recipient elementary schools in Solok City with 97 respondents. Data retrieval is done through direct observation and interviews with tools using questionnaires such as the level of preference test with the smiley face method, and the acceptability using the comstock method. Data analysis is correlation test and T-test-Independent test. Results Based on the results of statistical tests, the level of preference test obtained by the most disliked menu by respondents is cassava lalampa cake (36.1%) and the most preferred menu of respondents is catfish nugget (48.5%) and steamed fruit sponge (45.4% ), most respondents have eating habits 2 times / day (57.7%), and most of the respondents are not on time (62.9%) get the PMT-AS snack. There is a significant correlation between the level of preference with acceptability (r = 0.775; p = 0.0001) and there is no significant correlation between eating habits and acceptability (r = 0.093; p = 0.363). There is no relationship between the schedule of giving and receiving power (p = 0.121). Conclusion There is a strong positive correlation between the level of preference and acceptance so that the higher the level of preference the higher the acceptability. There is a positive correlation with the strength of a very weak correlation between eating habits and the acceptance of PMT-AS. There is no relationship between the schedule of giving to the acceptability of PMT-AS schoolchildren. There is a need to periodically evaluate the PMT-AS program by DISPENDUK to the PMT-AS Coordination Team to evaluate the acceptance of PMT-AS and the introduction of the importance of local food for school children receiving PMT-AS.
