Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani yang baik akan menghindari dari resiko cedera. Aspek gizi dalam pembinaan atlet adalah hal yang penting dalam menyiapkan atlet berprestasi. Pengukuran komposisi tubuh yang teratur bagi atlet dapat memonitor perubahan massa otot dan massa lemak tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan zat gizi makro dan persen lemak tubuh dengan nilai kebugaran jasmani atlet di UPTD Kebakatan Olahraga Sumatera Barat tahun 2018. Metode Desain penelitian ini adalah Cross Sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPTD Kebakatan Olaharga Sumatera Barat dengan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 orang. Pengambilan data food recall 2 X 24 jam dengan wawancara serta dilakukan pengukuran persen lemak tubuh dengan skinfold caliper dan nilai kebugaran jasmani dengan tes bleep. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi. Hasil Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai kebugaran jasmani 48,71 ml/kg/mnt rata-rata konsumsi karbohidrat 295,77 gr, rata-rata konsumsi protein 78,5 gr, rata-rata konsumsi lemak 66,21gr dan rata-rata persen lemak tubuh 7,77%. Hasil uji statistik korelasi pearson menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara asupan karbohidrat dengan kebugaran jasmani (r = 0,381 p = 0,000), asupan protein dengan kebugaran jasmani (r = 0,397 p = 0,000), asupan lemak dengan kebugaran jasmani (r = 0,333 p = 0,001) dengan arah korelasi positif dan persen lemak tubuh dengan nilai kebugaran jasmani (r = -0,604 p = 0,000) dengan arah korelasi negatif. Kesimpulan Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan zat gizi makro dan persen lemak tubuh dengan nilai kebugaran jasmani. Disarankan untuk atlet tetap menjaga pola makan yang baik agar kebutuhan zat gizi terpenuhi sehingga cadangan energi untuk latihan juga terpenuhi. Nutrition aspect in athletes coaching is important in preparing athletes achievement. Regular body composition measurements for athletes can monitor changes in muscle mass and body fat mass. This research aims to determine the correlation between macro nutrient intake and percentages body fat with physical fitness value athletes at UPTD Sporting Talent of West Sumatra Province 2018. Method The design of this study was a cross sectional study. This research was conducted at UPTD Sporting Talent West Sumatera and the respondents was 98 people. Retrieval of data food recall 2 X 24-hours by interview and measurement to percent body fat with skifold caliper and physical fitness value with the bleep test. Data analysis was carried out with correlation test. Results The results showed that the average physical fitness score was 48,71 ml/kg/min, carbohydrate consumption 295,77 gr, protein 78,5 gr, fat 66,21 gr and body fat percentage 7,77%. Pearson correlation statistical test results showed that there was a relationship between carbohydrate intake with physical fitness (r = 0,381 p = 0,000), protein intake with physical fitness (r = 0,397 p = 0,000), fat intake with physical fitness (r = 0,333 p = 0,001) with a positive correlation direction and percent body fat with physical fitness (r = -0,604 p = 0,000) with a negative correlation direction. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between the intake of macro nutrients and percent body fat with the value of physical fitness. It is recommended for athletes to maintain a good diet to meet the nutritional needs so that energy reserves for exercise are also met.
