Abstract

This research investigates The Influence of Book Value (BV), Price to Book Value (PBV), Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio(PER) to Stock Price of Agribusiness Company Year 2012-2017. The data obtained through data that provided by Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample were drawn from 13 company from agribusiness company. The data analyzed by using Eviews 9. In this research there are five variables, Book Value (BV), Price to Book Value (PBV), Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio(PER) as independent variable. The dependent variable is Stock Price. This research indicated that BV,and EPS had significant influence to stock price of agribusiness company while PBV and PER had no significant influence to stock price of agribusiness company Keywords:Book Value (BV), Price to Book Value (PBV), Earnings Per Share (EPS),Price Earning Ratio(PER), stock price
