Abstract
This research to analysis the factors that’s impact of married woman employee participation working in Sumatera Barat. Use Logistic Regression Model and SUSENAS data in 2014. The dependent variable is married woman employee participation and independent variabel is age of married woman, education of married woman, income of husband and job sectors of husband. This research show the age of married woman and education of married woman has the positive impact, whereas income of husband and job sectors of married woman has the negative impact toword married woman employee participation in Sumatera Barat. Key word: Age, Education, Income, Job Sector of Husband and Married Woman Employee Participation.
