Abstract

Latar belakang dan tujuan Diabetes Mellitus merupakan penyakit yang merupakan epidemi global dan menyumbang angka kematian yang tinggi di dunia. Salah satu komplikasi diabetes adalah ulkus kaki diabetes, yang dapat disebabkan oleh mikroangiopati dan makroangiopati. Tingkat keparahan ulkus kaki diabetes diklasifikasikan dengan klasifikasi wagner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan koagulasi darah dengan klasifikasi wagner pada ulkus kaki diabetes di RSUP Dr M. Djamil Padang. Metode Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik, cross sectional, dilaksanakan dari maret hingga mei 2018 di poliklinik bedah vaskuler dan pasien bedah vaskuler di ruang rawatan RSUP. Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Subjek penelitian 22 orang yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, yang kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan prothrombin time (PT) dan activated partial prothrombin time (APTT) yang berperan dalam koagulasi darah. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji mann whitney. Hasil rerata nilai PT 12,7 detik dan rerata APTT 42,65 detik, tidak terdapat hubungan PT dengan tingkat keparahan ulkus kaki diabetes berdasarkan klasifikasi wagner (p > 0,05) dan tidak terdapat hubungan APTT dengan tingkat keparahan ulkus kaki diabetes berdasarkan klasifikasi wagner (p > 0,05). Kesimpulan Tidak terdapat hubungan koagulasi darah dengan klasifikasi wagner pada ulkus kaki diabetes di RSUP. Dr. M. One of the complications of diabetes is diabetic foot, which can be caused by microangiopathy and macroangiopathy, and which can be classified by the wagner classification. This study aims to determine the correlation of blood coagulation with wagner classification in diabetic foot in Dr M. Djamil Hospital Padang. Methods The study was an observational analytic, cross sectional study, started from March to May 2018 in the polyclinic and vascular surgery patients in the Dr. M. Djamil Hospital’s ward. Subjects of the study were 22 people who had fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria, which were examined for prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial prothrombin time (APTT) which play a role in blood coagulation. Bivariate analysis was performed by mann whitney test. Results the mean value of PT 12.7 seconds and APTT of 42.65 seconds, there is no relationship between PT or APTT with the severity of diabetic foot based on wagner classification (p> 0.05). Conclusion There is no association of blood coagulation with wagner classification in diabetic foot ulcers in Dr. M.
