Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of poverty, government spending on education and health on human development index in Indonesia during seven years period (2010-2016) in 33 provinces. This research used panel data, secondary data and dynamic panel data analysis. The research findings that government spending on education sector has a negative and not significant, health sector, and poverty have positive significant effect on human development index in Indonesia.
