Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan hal yang sangat fundamental dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. BN dan LD merupakan anak yang mengalami keterhambatan dalam berinteraksi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pengaruh dari smartphone yang sering mereka gunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk komunikasi pada komunikasi interpersonal BN dan LD, mendeskripsikan gangguan komunikasi BN dan LD, serta mendeskripsikan penerapan pola komunikasi orangtua dalam pembentukan interaksi anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori kognitif sosial. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orangtua dan pengasuh BN dan LD. Sedangkan triangulator dalam penelitian ini adalah guru BN dan LD. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan orangtua, pengasuh dan guru BN dan LD, observasi dilapangan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kurangnya komunikasi verbal yang terjalin antara orangtua dan anak, disamping itu komunikasi non verbal pun juga jarang ditemukan. Hal ini dikarenakan orangtua BN dan LD merupakan orangtua yang sibuk dalam urusan karir. Sehingga sangat sedikit waktu yang tersedia untuk anak-anak mereka berbagi dan bercerita dirumah sehingga menyebabkan terganggunya sang anak dalam berkomunikasi. Gangguan komunikasi BN dan LD tergolong gangguan semantik. Sedangkan faktor gangguan tersebut terjadi karena faktor eksternal yaitu lingkungan yang tidak menunjang perkembangan bicara, pengaruh smartphone terhadap perkembangan komunikasi, serta minat yang kurang pada lingkungan. Disamping itu orangtua BN dan LD cenderung memberikan kebebasan apa saja terhadap anak, terutama memberi kebebasan dalam menggunakan smartphone dan mengakses internet untuk menonton tayangan diyoutube sehingga BN dan LD meniru bahasa yang mereka tonton. Dengan demikian pola komunikasi yang terbangun dalam keluarga ini adalah pola komunikasi permissive. BN and LD was the children who got barriers in interact. This is due to the influence of the smartphone that they often use. This study aims to describe the form of communication in interpersonal communication BN and LD communication disorders, BN and LD, as well as describing the application of parental communication patterns in the formation of children's interactions. This research used qualitative approach namely case study research type. The theory used is social cognitive theory. The informant in this research are parents and caretaker of BN and LD. While the triangulator in this research are teachers BN and LD. Data collection techniques used are interviews with parents, caretaker and teachers of BN and LD, the real observation and documentation of the study. The research shows that a lack of verbal communication which is created between the parent and child, beside that non-verbal communication is also rarely found. This is because the parents of BN and LD is busy with their activities. Thus, there is no enough time for their children at home to tell the stories and share everything and itmakes disruption of the child in communicating. Communication disorders of LD BN belongs to semantic interference. While the disorder occurs due to the external factors i.e. an environment that does not support the development of speech, the influence of smart phones on communication’s development, as well as less interestin the environment. The communication pattern built in this family is permissive communication, because of the freedom that given by the parents of BN and LD in using smartphones and watch everything on YouTube so that BN and LD imitate the language of the show itself.
