Abstract

Purchase of raw materials is important for the company, because it will affect the quality of the product to be produced. Therefore, the selection of the best suppliers become very vital for the company and become a very sensitive issue that is discussed in an enterprise environment. Now, attention has focused on environmental issues. Companies faced with various aspects of the company demanding environmentally responsible and socially. Selection of suppliers in accordance with aspects of the environment will have a major impact on the company. In addition there are many things that must be considered that to be a factor for the company to carry out the selection of suppliers. PT Igasar in production activities are still having difficulties in determining the right supplier for several kinds of raw materials such as raw materials sand and rocks split. During the selection of materials is based on the suitability of a transaction prices obtained from suppliers to the logistics department in the company. Because it is part of the production often find the content of the raw materials that can damage the quality of production. Based on the data processing that has been done, get the weight of the criteria of each assessment criteria raw material costs have the greatest weight to the value of 0.68. The next criterion is the element content of the raw material with a weight value of 0.19, the amount of reject with weight value 0.073, flexibility with weight value 0.033, transportation with weight value 0.015, mining business license with a weight of 0.0059 and a replacement or refund raw materials amounted to 0.0027. Criteria with the smallest weight value is the time of arrival of the raw material with a weight of 0.0007. Suppliers of raw materials of sand that are in the first rank is the CV UND. Mango stone raw material suppliers who are in the first rank is CV Yudi Kontraktor. Split stone raw material suppliers who are in the first rank is PT Agera Harapan.
