Abstract
This research analyze the role of End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and The Trafficking of Children For Sexual Purposes (ECPAT) as a Human Rights Non Governmental Organization (HRNGO) in the handling child trafficking in Nepal since 2004-2015. This research uses qualitative research method with type of research is descriptive. This research uses the concept of Human Rights Non Governmental Organization (HRNGO) by Peter R. Baehr. There are two role of Human Rights Non Governmental Organization (HRNGO) to handling a human rights issues, Promotion of Human Rights and Protection of Human Rights. By looking the role of ECPAT in Nepal, in Promotion of Human Rights, ECPAT create a 10-year National Plan of Action for Children (2005-2015) and in Protection of Human Rights, ECPAT create an awareness for society through campaign.
