Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effects of liquidity, leverage, activity, profitability and growth potential to dividend policy in manufacture companies that is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over period 2013-2015. Sampling method used for this study is purposive sampling, from 143 manufacture companies that is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2015, there are 42 companies in accordance with the sampling criteria. Data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2013-2015 publication and financial report. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that activity and growth potential have a negative and significant effect to dividend policy. Profitability has a positive and significant effect to dividend policy. While liquidity and leverage did not significantly effect to dividend policy. The adjusted R square value showed 0.454. It is about 45.4% indicated the ability of the independent variables explained the dependent variable while the rest 54.6% explained by the other variables outside the model.
