Abstract
ABSTRACT EFFECT OF HUMIC ACID ON THE PERFORMANCE OF TiO2/C REINFORCED CERAMICS AS SUPERCAPACITOR ELECTRODE WHICH ACTIVATED WITH NaOH By: Husnul Hasanah (1310411012) Supervised by Prof. Dr. Admin Alif dan Olly Norita Tetra, M.Si Effect of humic acid on the performance of TiO2/C reinforced ceramics as supercapacitor electrode which activated with NaOH has been investigated. Ceramic membrane was coated by TiO2 sol and activated with NaOH then added humic acid was prepared as material of supercapacitor electrode with temperature calcined 250oC and 300oC. Effect of humic acid on the performance of TiO2/C reinforced ceramics as supercapacitor electrode which activated with NaOH can increased capacitance at the lower temperature calcinated was 250oC with capacitance value of 16.170 μF and concentration of H3PO4 electrolyte 0.8 M during 30 minutes charging time. Based on Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX), the highest percentage carbon of 15.36% was given by ceramic electrode with temperature calcined 250oC.
