Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Partisipasi masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan dalam upaya pencapaian program Posyandu, namun masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memanfaatkannya secara maksimal. Cakupan D/S Kelurahan Padang Sarai tahun 2016 yaitu 41,2%, sedangkan target cakupan D/S yaitu 85%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis informasi tentang partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu di Kelurahan Padang Sarai Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Anak Air Tahun 2017. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari 15 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, FGD, telaah dokumen dan observasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan content analysis dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil Kegiatan Posyandu belum terlaksana dengan baik. Sarana dan prasarana di Posyandu Kenanga 8 belum memadai. Metode pelaksanaan Posyandu belum sesuai dengan sistem 5 meja. Koordinasi antara kader dengan tokoh masyarakat setempat belum efektif, sehingga tokoh masyarakat tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan Posyandu. Dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu, peranan partisipasi ibu bayi balita hanya datang untuk menimbang anaknya, sedangkan peranan partisipasi kader sebagai kader aktif dan pembuatan PMT. Tidak adanya keterlibatan tokoh masyarakat dalam pemilihan kader posyandu dan pada saat pelaksanaan Posyandu. Kesimpulan Pelaksanaan Posyandu belum sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan Posyandu. Disarankan kepada kader Posyandu menerapkan pelayanan sistem 5 meja dan kepada petugas kesehatan agar memberikan bimbingan kepada para kader dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu. Pihak lintas sektoral yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu diharapkan untuk lebih aktif dalam menyediakan tempat kegiatan Posyandu yang aman dan nyaman. Lebih meningkatkan koordinasi dan kerjasama dalam penyelenggaraan dan pengelolaan Posyandu agar tujuan Posyandu dapat tercapai. The data collection is done by indepth interview, Foccus Group Discussion, observation dan study documents. Data processing by content analysis and validated by triangulation sources and methods. Result Activities of maternal and child health centre have not been done well implemented. Facilities and infrastructure in maternal and child health centre Kenanga 8 is not adequate for maternal and child health centre activities. Maternal and child health centre implementation methods have not been in accordance with the five table system. Coordination between the cadres with local community leaders has not been effective, so community leaders are not involved in maternal and child health centre activities. In the implementation of maternal and child health centre, the role of mother’s participation only comes to weigh their children. Meanwhile the role of cadres participation as active cadres, and PMT making. The lack of involvement of community leaders in the selection of cadres and the implementation of maternal and child health centre activities. Conclusion The implementation of maternal and child health centre is not in accordance with the guidelines. It is recommended to maternal and child health centre cadres to apply the service 5 table service system and also the health officer could give the guidance to cadres on implementing maternal and child health centre. Cross-cutting parties involved in the implementation of maternal and child health centre are expected to be more active in maternal and child health centre activities provides a safe condition and comfortable. To improve coordination and cooperation in organizing and managing maternal and child health centre in order to maternal and child health centre objectives can be achieved.
