Abstract

ROLE OF GROUP WOMAN FARMER ( KWT) IN ACTIVITY OF FARMING MUSHROOM OYSTER IN DISTRICT OF BARANGIN, COUNTRYSIDE of TALAGO MOUNT, TOWN of SAWAHLUNTO. ABSTRAK This research is executed in countryside of talago mount district of town barangin of sawahlunto. Research aim to for the mendeskripsikan of role of farmer woman group ( KWT) as class learn, as as cooperation means and as unit produce [in] countryside of talago mount. This research use descriptive method qualitative with approach of case study. used data with interviewing circumstantial to informan lock that is extension agent of farmer group chief and agriculture. Result of research show rendahya role of farmer group in activity of oyster mushroom usahatani. Execution of role of farmer group as class learn to be obtained only three executed activity element that is farmer group execute meeting of group routine for the activity of discussion with this topic of related to effort development of farming, inviting guest speaker officer of agriculture. As place of cooperation obtained only three executed activity element that is specifying rule or agreement is obliged to and also sanction for all member, executing cooperation and division of good duty of official member and also member according to agreement of group and muster fund for the activity of group, and as production unit obtained only one executed activity element that is planning and specifying pattern of usahatani beneficial pursuant to available information technological area, social, marketing, medium produce and other resource. This matter because of activity of farmer woman group ( KWT) which still limited to is Internal. Element which not yet fufilled according to result of research of field that any member frown on to do other activity outside its its his because all member of opinion incapable of dividing time and manage other activity, fear to affect its of him to terbangkalai later, farmer group member and chief have agreed to focus at its just him can obtain;get result of beneficial.
