BP. 1311211033 ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM PROTEKSI KEBAKARAN AKTIF DI RUMAH SAKIT STROKE NASIONAL KOTA BUKITTINGGI TAHUN 2017 xi +91halaman, 13 tabel, 16gambar, 11lampiran ABSTRAK TujuanPenelitian Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang sangat beresiko terjadi kebakaran. Untuk itu diperlukan penerapan system proteksi kebakaran aktif yang merupakan kelengkapan bangunan yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan bangunan yang terdiridari APAR, hidran, detektordan alarm kebakaran, dan system springkler otomatis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganilisis penerapan system proteksi kebakaran aktif di RSSN Bukittinggi. Metode Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember sampai Februari 2017 di RSSN Bukittinggi. Teknik penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data secara primer dansekunder, pengolahan data dengan cara reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan, analisa data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan untuk komponen input: Kebijakan yang digunakan oleh rumah sakit merujuk kepada peraturan pemerintah, ada SOP penggunaan APAR dan diberikan saat pelatihan tenaga untuk pengelola jika dibandingkan dengan peraturan masih kurang, dana mencukupi, sarana untuk APAR sebagian besar sudah baik, terdapat 1 buah hidran yang rusak. Komponen proses: Penempatan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah, masih ada beberapa pegawai yang belum bias cara penggunaan APAR. Pemeliharaan dilakukan oleh BPBD, pengawasan oleh rumah tangga dan bagian IPS. Komponen output: sebagian besar sudah sesuai dengan peraturan. Kesimpulan Penerapan system proteksi kebakaran aktif di RSSN Bukittinggi sebagian besar sudah baik. Tetapi masih terdapat 1 titik hidran yang tidak dapat difungsikan, beberapa pegawai yang tidak paham cara penggunaan APAR. Disarankan kepada rumah sakit untuk melakukan pelatihan penggunaan APAR secara terjadwal. Meningkatkan koordinasi dan meningkatkan keamanan terhadap pemeliharaan system proteksi kebakaran aktif. BP. 1311211033 ANALYSIS OF ACTIVE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM’S IMPLEMENTATION AT RUMAH SAKIT STROKE NASIONAL KOTA BUKITTINGIOFF YEAR 2017 xi + 91 pages, 13 tables, 16 pictures, 11 attachments ABSTRACT Objective Hospital as a medical service institution is extremely risky to fire. Therefore, it requires an implementation of active fire protection system which is a part of hospital’s standard operational procedure due to building safety. It consists of fire extinguisher, hydrant, detector and fire alarm, and automatic sprinkler system. The purpose of this research is to analyze of active fire protection system’s implementation at RSSN Bukittinggi. Method This research is using a qualitative method, take place on December until March 2017 in RSSN Bukittinggi. Determination technique informant use purposive sampling. Collecting data with indepth interviews, document review, focus group discussion and observations. Data processing by reducing, presentation, drawing conclusions, and data analysis by triangulation of sources and methods. Result The result of this research are, input components: The hospital’s policy refers to government regulations, the hospital has SOP to use fire extinguisher and already introduced through employee training, lack of human resources based on the prevailed regulation, there are sufficient fund, the supporting tools of fire extinguisher is well prepared, 1 box hydrant is corrupt. Processes components: Active fire protection system placement based on government regulation and hospital needed, there is several employee who do not know to use fire extinguisher properly, BPBD of Bukittinggi is charged over the active fire protection system’s maintenance. Output components: the implementation mostly fits to government regulation. Conclusion The implementation of active fire protection system in RSSN Bukittinggi mostly fits with the government regulation. However, there are still several problem such as corrupted box hydrant, several employees who do not know how to use fire extinguisher, and etc. Thereby, the hospital supposed to conduct a scheduled training regarding how to use fire extinguisher properly.
