Abstract
The study aim of this research is to analyse the effect of poverty, government spending on education and health on human development index in Indonesia during five years period (2010-2014) in 33 provinces. This research used panel data, secondary data and panel data analys is. The research findings that government spending on education, government spending on health and poverty has positive and signif icant effect on human development index in Indonesia.
