Abstract

In an industrial activity, human resources (HR) is essential. HR is an important factor for a company in running and improving production activities at the company. A company carrying out activities within the company in achieving its goals not only depends on technological superiority, the available operating funds, facilities and infrastructure owned, but also depends on aspects of human resources (HR). Therefore, human resource becomes a factor that should receive full attention in running the company, many ways in which to get and manage human resources.
