Abstract

The research can be concluded that the difference of the results program pamsimas influenced by the participation trustee in of the program management. The better performance the the more both based from the program, including on the other hand.In program locations who succeeded because by the program that has been work with kind as preparing financial reports of planning to the use of, finish together if there was damage to the building of the means clean water supply. Meanwhile in locations which are program locations that is less successful is caused by the program less work with kind , as the absence of a financial report clear and if there was damage to building facilities clean water supply so only society that responsible for the demage of the building. So also on program locations not successful is caused by the the program did not work with kind as when problems occur, office-holders were not can do it although has been asked to consulting shared by a society.
