Abstract

This research investigates the relationship among job satisfaction on in-role performance and innovative performance in Academic Staff Faculty of Economics – Andalas University. The data obtained through questionnaire. The researcher had already distributed 110 questionnaires with the number of sample is 94 employees. (Sekaran 2003). The data analyzed by using SPSS 16.0. In this research there are three variables, those are independent variables are in-role performance and innovative performance. The dependent variable which is job satisfaction of academic staff faculty of economics – Andalas University. The findings indicated that job satisfaction have positive and significant correlation between job satisfaction on in-role performance and innovative performance..
