Abstract
This research investigates the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress as antecedent turnover intention in PT.Mega Auto Cental Finance Pasaman Barat. The data obtained through questionnaire. The samples were drawn from 40 employees in PT.Mega Auto Cental Finance Pasaman Barat. The data analyzed by using SPSS 16 and Smart PLS. In this research there are four variable, those are independent variable which are job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress. The dependent variable are turnover intention. The findings indicated that job satisfaction has no effect to turnover intention, organizational commitment negative effect to turnover intention and job stress has positive effect on turnover intention.
