Abstract

ABSTRAK PERBEDAAN RERATA DEVIASI TAKSIRAN BERAT BADAN JANIN PADA KEHAMILAN ATERM MENURUT FORMULA DARE, RISANTO DAN JOHNSON TOSCHACH Hovlanta Pidingan, Bobby Indra Utama, Hafni Bachtiar Bagian Obstetri dan Ginekologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Andalas RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang Tujuan : Mengetahui perbedaan rerata deviasi taksiran berat badan janin antara formula Dare, Risanto, dan Johnson Toschach Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diagnostik dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional study di kamar bersalin RSUD Solok yang merupakan salah satu dari Rumah Sakit Satelit Bagian Obstetri dan Ginekologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Andalas sejak bulan Maret-April 2016. Didapatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan melakukan pengukuran taksiran berat badan janin dengan formula Dare, Risanto, dan Johnson Toschach serta berat badan lahir bayi. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji T dependent serta analisis Receiver Operating Curve (ROC). Hasil: Diperoleh hasil tidak ada perbedaan rerata taksiran berat badan janin formula Dare dengan berat badan lahir bayi (p value > 0,05) dan ada perbedaan rerata taksiran berat badan janin formula Risanto dan Johnson Toschach dengan berat badan lahir bayi (p value < 0,05). Hasil analisis Receiver Operating Curve (ROC) didapatkan bahwa Formula Dare lebih akurat untuk memprediksi taksiran berat badan janin dengan luas area dibawah kurva adalah 78,8%, sedangkan Formula Johnson Toschach 75,5% dan Formula Risanto 66,8% Kesimpulan : Formula Dare lebih akurat dalam menentukan taksiran berat badan janin dibandingkan Formula Risanto dan Johnson Toschach. Djamil Central General Hospital Padang Objective: To know the deviation mean difference of estimated fetal weight by Dare Formula, Risanto and Johnson Toschach. Methods: This study is a diagnostic approach with cross sectional study in the childbirth room of Solok District Hospital which is one of the Satellite Hospital Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University since March to April 2016. The number of samples are 100 people who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The estimated fetal weight with measurement formula Dare, Risanto, Johnson Toschach and fetall weight. Data analysis was using univariate and bivariate by dependent T test and Receiver Operating Curve Analysis (ROC). Results: The results show there is no mean difference Dare Formula fetal weight estimated with fetal weight (p value> 0,05) and there are differences between the mean estimated fetal weight Risanto and Johnson Toschach Formula with fetal weight (p value <0,05 ). The results of the analysis of Receiver Operating Curve (ROC) found that the more accurate formula for estimated fetal weight is Dare Formula with area under the curve was 78,8%, while Johnson Toschach and Risanto Formula 75,5% and 66,8%. Conclusion : Dare formula is more accurate in predicting the estimated fetal weight compared to Risanto and Johnson Toschach Formula. Keywords : Fetal weight, Dare Formula
