Abstract

Visum et Repertum (VER ) to victims of sexual violence to the doctor who requested VeR is the case of allegations of sexual intercourse, punishable by the KUHP. The high number of the case attract attention and make worry the society. This study aims to determine description of VeR of sexual intercouse and and allegation of sexual intercouse at the forensic department. Dr.. M. Djamil Padang. Descriptive studies have been conducted using medical record data from woman who have VeR of sexual intercouse and allegation of sexual intercouse who come to Forensic Dr. M. Djamil Padang during the period January 1st, 2007 until December 31st, 2013, using a total sampling as sampling techniques so that the entire population is an existing sample. Results of the research in that case found 256 cases, with the highest percentage 26.17% in 2010. Types of cases mostly happened to underage women with percentage 30.47%, with an average age between 12-15 years (28.53%). So that, many cases happened to adolescent because there are many factor influence that incident, such as their social life, and negligence of parents. Cases with pregnancy were examined, found 3.52% cases positive. Population density is proportional to the number of cases, 48.44% of cases handle in the District Police Sector Padang. VeR of sexual violence, found 66.02% case were accordance with the results of the examination. And 52.37% case with examination more than 6 days after the incident. This was due to delays in reporting and the victim or any examination due to several factors.
