Abstract

ebusiness deliver a quick access and less expense. Proved by the increasing from number of e-business player by each years with percentage almost 34,46% in develop countries and 27,83% in developing countries (Seonghee, 2011). In Indonesia e-business also became the new potential area, in 2012 total e-business transaction reach IDR 330 Trillion which is equal to 1/5 APBN in that year (APJII, 2013). Electronic business can be defined as an activity that relates directly or indirectly to the process of exchange of goods and/or services by utilizing the internet as a medium of communication and transactions.
