Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on the price of the stocks of banking concerns listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Stock prices was defined as closing share price on 31 december . .This study using 25 sample banking company registered during the 2010-2012 . Research methodology used is a technique linear regression analysis double and for the testing of hypotheses use the f and the t and significance level of 5 %. A calculation that done using the tools SPSS program ( Statistical Product and Service Solution ). The research results show that ROA, NPM of its ROE and influential simultaneously on the price of the stocks of banking concerns. Only partial evaluation NPM have significant influence on the price of shares in banking company which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2010-2012.
