Abstract
The rule of human resource management is the important indicator to achieve the organizational objective. The rule of human resource is strategic factor in all of activities that associated with function of organization. Qualified of human resource help organization to achieve the company objective. Employee performance will impact on organizational to achieving the success. In achieving the goals, organizational should improve the human resource quality, productivity and employee performance. One of the important factor influence the employee performance is training employee. According to Dessler (2008), training is the process of teaching employees the basic skills they need to perform their jobs.
