Abstract

The objective of this research are to analyze and find out the effect of total asset turnover (TATO) and return on asset (ROA) to stock return by using inflation as a variable moderating the companies listed in the index 30 (IDX30) in 2012-2014. Total population in this study is 30 companies and a total sample of 11 companies using purposive sampling with criteria (1) the availability and completeness of data during the study period (2012-2014), (2) focused on shares of companies included in the index 30 (IDX30) continuously in the study period 2012-2014, dan (3) the financial statements have been audited 2012-2014. The method of data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the total asset tunover (TATO) and return on asset (ROA) effect on stock return either partially or simultaneously. And Inflation as moderating variables can not effect the relationship between the total asset turnover (TATO) on stock return and also the relationship between the return on asset (ROA) to stock return.
