Abstract

ANALISIS USAHATANI PADI VARIEYAS LAMPAI KUNING DI NAGARI AIE ANGEK KECAMATAN SIJUNJUNG KABUPATEN SIJUNJUNG ABSTRAK Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan Usahatani Padi varietas Lampai Kuning dan menghitung pendapatan serta keuntungan petani padi varietas Lampai Kuning di nagari Aie Angek Kecamatan Sijunjung Kabupaten Sijunjung. Metode yang dihunakan yaitu metode survey. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Kemudian analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk tujuan pertama adalah metode deskriptif dan deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan untuk tujuan kedua adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan usahatani padi varietas Lampai Kuning belum optimum, ada beberapa pelaksanaan kultur teknis usahatani yang belum sesuai dengan anjuran seperti dalam jumlah pemakaian pupuk dan juga pemakaian benih. Rata-rata pendapatan petani sampel dari usahatani padi varietas Lampai Kuning yaitu sebesar Rp. 17.894.965,33/ha/MT dan rata-rata keuntungan yaitu sebesar Rp. 13.789.593,01/ha/MT. Saran yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah petani harus melakukan teknis budidaya sesuai dengan anjuran seperti dalam hal jumlah pemakaian pupuk, benih, pestisida, dan pemeliharaan tanaman yang dianjurkan oleh Petugas Penyuluh Lapangan (PPL) setempat. Kata kunci : Padi, Lampai Kuning, Usahatani, Pendapatan, Keuntungan FARMING ANALYSIS OFLAMPAI KUNING RICE VARIETY IN AIE ANGEK VILLAGE OF SIJUNJUNG SUBDISTRICT, SIJUNJUNG DISTRICT ABSTRACT The aims of this research were to describe the cultivation of LampaiKuning rice variety, and to analyze the revenue and profit earned by farmers from cultivating LampaiKuning rice variety in AieAngekVillage of SijunjungSubdistrict, Sijunjung District. The method used in this study was survey method. The data collected were primary and secondary data. Data analysis used in this study to achieve the first objective was descriptive qualitative, while the second objective was achieved using a descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the cultivation of LampaiKuning rice variety was not optimum yet, and some cultivation techniques were not practiced in accordance with the recommendation as for the dosage of fertilizer application and seeds. The average income earned by sample farmers from farming LampaiKuning rice variety was Rp. 17,894,965.33/ha/cs and the average profit gained was Rp. 13,778,960.47/ha/cs. Based on this study, farmers were suggested to practice appropriate cultivation techniques particularly in the application of fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, and plant maintenance as recommended by Extension Workers.
