Abstract

Tujuan dari Supervisi Pengawasan dan Manjemen Proyek Pekerjaan Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Bank Nagari Cabang Lubuk Basung yaitu terciptanya Pengawasan Pekerjaan yang baik sesuai dengan Rencana Kerja dan Spesifikasi Teknis Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan dan menampung persoalan terkait pelaksanaan konstruksi di lapangan dan menyampaikan serta memberikan rekomendasi opsi solutif serta meneliti kebenaran atau membandingkan laporan progres pekerjaan yang di klaim/dinyatakan oleh pelaksana pekerjaan dengan yang diperoleh dari laporan tenaga konsultan supervisi di lapangan. Sesuai dengan Kondisi Eksisting Bangunan dan Rencana Bisnis Bank Nagari yang akan melaksanakan Proses Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Baru Gedung Kantor Cabang Lubuk Basung di Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. Maka Pekerjaan Pembangunan Gedung Kantor tersebut harus segera di realisasikan. Hasil Pelaksanaan Supervisi Pengawasan dan Manajamen Proyek Pekerjaan Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Bank Nagari Cabang Lubuk Basung berjalan dan selesai dengan Baik sesuai dengan Kontrak Awal dan Kontrak Addendum. Dengan Nilai Akhir Proyek menjadi sebesar Rp. 11.207.435.000,- (Sebelas Milyar Dua Ratus Tujuh Juta Empat Ratus Tiga Puluh Lima Ribu Rupiah) dan Waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan 330 (tiga ratus tiga puluh) hari Kalender terhitung mulai tanggal 27 April 2020 s.d 22 Maret 2021. ABSTRACT The purpose of the Supervision of Supervision and Project Management of the Construction Work of the Bank Nagari Office Building Lubuk Basung Branch is to create good Work Supervision in accordance with the Work Plan and Technical Specifications of Work Implementation and accommodate problems related to the implementation of construction in the field and submit and provide recommendations for solution options and examine the truth or compare the work progress reports claimed/stated by the job executor with those obtained from the reports of supervisory consultants in the field. In accordance with the Existing Condition of the Building and the Business Plan of Bank Nagari which will carry out the Construction Process of the New Office Building, Lubuk Basung Branch Office Building in Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency. Then the Office Building Construction Work must be realized immediately. The results of the Supervision of Supervision and Management of the Project Construction Work of the Lubuk Basung Branch of the Bank Nagari Office Building are running and well completed in accordance with the Initial Contract and the Addendum Contract. With the Final Project Value of Rp. 11.207.435.000,- (Eleven Billion Two Hundred Seven Million Four Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Rupiah) and Work completion time is 330 (three hundred and thirty) calendar days from 27 April 2020 to 22 March 2021.
