Abstract

Preeclampsia-eclampsia is a group of obstetric disease causes the most deaths with Case Fatality Rate (CFR) 2.35%. Besides that, the need for neonatal intensive care will increase due to perinatal morbidity and mortality rates increase up to five times. This study aims to describe perinatal outcomes in pregnant women with preeclampsia-eclampsia at RSUP dr. M. Djamil Padang. This study is a prospective descriptive study which was conducted at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang on June 2014 to November 2014 with a total sample of 40 cases. The data from this study was collected from the primary data by conducting interviews with pregnant women diagnosed with preeclampsia and from secondary data which was obtained from medical records of patients who fit into inclusion criteria. The data is described in the form of a frequency table. From 40 cases of preeclampsia-eclampsia, the number of mild preeclampsia cases were 10 (25%), severe preeclampsia were 26 cases (65%), and eclampsia cases were 4 (10%). Total of born babies are 43 babies and three of them were still birth. Perinatal outcomes include low birth weight (LBW) cases of 22 (51.16%) in numbers, growth retardation cases of 7 (16.28%) in numbers, premature cases of 23 (53.49%) in numbers, neonatal asphyxia cases of 14 (35%) in numbers, and perinatal mortality cases of 4 (9.3%) in numbers. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the majority of babies born from women with preeclampsia-eclampsia are babies with low birth weight (LBW). Keywords: preeclampsia, eclampsia, perinatal outcomes GAMBARAN LUARAN PERINATAL PADA IBU PREEKLAMPSIA-EKLAMPSIA DI RSUP DR. Luaran perinatal meliputi berat bayi lahir rendah (BBLR) 22 kasus (51,16%), pertumbuhan janin terhambat 7 kasus (16,28%), prematur 23 kasus (53,49%), asfiksia neonatorum 14 kasus (35%), dan kematian perinatal 4 kasus (9,3%).
