Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation level of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesian universities and make recommendations towards SDGs implementation improvement at Universities in Indonesia. The population used in this study is Universities in Indonesia. The number of sample used in this study is 15 universities which are included in cluster 1 universities according to Kemenristekdikti university clustering. This study used a sampling technique that is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling type. The research design is qualitative descriptive using the secondary data as the type of data source that are collected from the Universities website. The data analysis used is content analysis. This study’s results shows that the implementation of SDGs in universities in Indonesia has been very good but there are still many SDGs targets that have not been implemented in university activities and several SDGs targets that are not suitable to be applied in university activities. There are some recommendation to improve the implementation of SDGs in Universities in Indonesia.
