Abstract

SKRIPSI, 27 MEI 2016 NOTARIS KARO KARO, No. BP. 1411216064 EVALUASI UPAYA KESEHATAN KERJA DI WILAYAH KERJA DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA PADANG TAHUN 2016 x + 68 halaman, 13 tabel, 1 gambar, 7 lampiran ABSTRAK Tujuan Upaya kesehatan kerja di Puskesmas, merupakan pelayanan kesehatan kepada pekerja di sektor informal yang belum berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan upaya kesehatan kerja di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang Tahun 2016. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif.Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2016 s/d Mei 2016 pada Puskesmas Lubuk Kilangan dan Lubuk Begalung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Observasi dan Wawancara mendalam terhadap 8 informan yang ditentukan secara purpossive sampling Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah ada kebijakan yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah tentang UKK namun belum diterapkan secara maksimal, selain itu SDM serta dana dan sarana yang disediakan belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelaksanaan pos UKK. Kegiatan promotif, preventif dan kuratif belum dilakukan dengan baik sehingga pelaksanaan pos UKK ini belum terealisasi sesuai dengan hal yang seharusnya. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pos UKK di wilayah Kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang belum maksimal. Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan, petugas Puskesmas serta kader pos UKK untuk lebih meningkatkan koordinasi sehingga pelaksanaan pos UKK tidak lagi memiliki hambatan. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of occupational health efforts in the working area of the City Health Office Padang 2016. Method this research is qualitative research . The study was conducted in February 2016 s / d in May 2016 in Lubuk Kilangan health centers and Lubuk Begalung . Data collected through observation and depth interviews with eight informants were determined by purposive sampling. Result The results showed that there has been a policy established by the government of the UKK but has not been implemented to its full potential, in addition to the human resources and funds and means provided not in accordance with the needs of the UKK post implementation. Activity promotive, preventive and curative yet done so it UKK post implementation has not been realized in accordance with what it should be. Conclusion Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of the UKK post in the area of Padang City Health Departement is not maximized. Suggested to the health department, health center personnel as well as UKK cadres to further improve coordination so that the implementation of the UKK post has no barriers anymore.
