Abstract
The aim of this research is to know effect of Knowledge Sharing and Knowledge Transfer on Job Performance. This study uses primary data obtained directly by distributing online questionnaires via google form to respondents. The respondents in this study were 196 Economic Faculty students in Universitas Andalas who active in student association. The sampling technique is Convenience sampling using SmartPLS software. Hypothesis testing using PLS-MGA. Hypothesis testing result indicates that Knowledge Sharing and Knowledge Transfer has positive affected Job Performance Key Word : Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Transfer, Job Performance, Student Association
