Abstract
The aim of this research is to know the difference in usability (ease of navigation, interactivity, speed) on attitude toward e-learning media between Zoom and WhatsApp. This study uses primary data obtained directly by distributing online questionnaires via google form to respondents. The respondents in this study were 83 Economic Faculty students in Universitas Andalas who took part in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sampling technique is Convenience sampling using SmartPLS software. Hypothesis testing using PLS-MGA. Hypothesis testing result indicates that there is no difference in using Zoom and WhatsApp.
