FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS Skripsi, Maret 2016 DERI PUTRA, No. Bp. 1110333029 FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN POSYANDU LANSIA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIKAPAK KOTA PARIAMAN TAHUN 2015 Xii + 56 halaman, 20 tabel, 2 gambar, 9 lampiran ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian Cakupan pemanfaatan Posyandu Lansia Puskesmas Sikapak tahun 2014 paling rendah di Kota Pariaman yaitu 51,79%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sikapak Kota Pariaman tahun 2015. Metode Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi sebanyak 1899 lansia berumur 45 sampai ≥70 tahun. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 91 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara proporsional random sampling. Data diolah dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square menggunakan program pengolahan data. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 50,5% lansia tidak memanfaatkan posyandu, 54,9% lansia memiliki pengetahuan yang rendah, 51,6% lansia memiliki sikap tidak baik, 54,9% lansia memiliki dukungan keluarga yang kurang, 56% lansia menyatakan peran kader tidak baik. Faktor yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia adalah sikap lansia dan dukungan keluarga. Sedangkan faktor yang tidak memiliki hubungan dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia adalah tingkat pengetahuan dan peran kader. Kesimpulan Sikap lansia, dan dukungan keluarga memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Untuk itu diharapkan anggota keluarga dari lansia mendukung program posyandu lansia. Xii + 56 page, 20 table, 2 picture, 9 appendix ABSTRACT Objective The coverage of the usage of the elderly posyandu at Sikapak Health Center on 2014 was the lowest in Pariaman which was 51.79%. This research aimed to find out the factor that associated to the usage of the elderly posyandu in the working area of Sikapak Health Center in Pariaman on 2015. . Method This research used quantitative methods with cross-sectional study approach. The population were 1899 elderly people aged 45 until over 70 years old. The sample of the research is 91 people.This research used proporsional random sampling. The data was analyzed by using univariat and bivariat analyses with chi-square test by using data processing program.. Result This research showed that 50.5% participants did not use the posyandu, 54.9% had low basic knowledge, 51.6% had have not good attitude. 54.9% had less family support, 56% showed the good cadre role. The factors that had significant association with the usage of the elderly posyandu were the behaviour of the elderly and families’ support. Meanwhile the factors that is not associated to the usage of the elderly posyandu were the knowedge and the role of cadre. Conclusion The elderly’s behaviour and families’ support had significant assiciation with the usage of the elderly posyandu.
