Abstract

PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT , PROSEDURAL JUSTICE TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA PERAWAT RSUD RASYDIN PADANG ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Prosedura Justice terhadap Organizational Citizenship..Behavior dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Perawat RSUD Rasydin Padang. Salah satu bidang pekerjaan yang memerlukan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior dalam bekerja adalah bidang kesehatan dan medis. Banyaknya permasalahan dibidang medis mendorong diperlukan kerja sama team untuk mencapai keberhasilan. Salah satu Rumah Sakit daerah yang memiliki peranan penting untuk pemenuhan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat adalah Rumah Sakit RSUD Rasyidin Padang yang merupakan rumah sakit yang dikelola oleh pemerintah daerah Sumatera Barat. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian Perceived Organizational Support, Prosedural Justice berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada RSUD Rasydin Padang. Kata Kunci : Perceived Organizational Support, Prosedural Justice, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan Kerja THE INFLUENCE OF PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT, PROCEDURAL JUSTICE ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE IN NURSES OF RASYDIN PADANG Hospital ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support, Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship. Behavior with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable on Nurses at Rasydin Hospital Padang. One of the fields of work that requires Organizational Citizenship Behavior in work is the health and medical field. The many problems in the medical field encourage teamwork to achieve success. One of the regional hospitals that has an important role in fulfilling public health services is the Rasyidin Padang Hospital, which is a hospital managed by the West Sumatra regional government. Based on the results of the Perceived Organizational Support research, procedural justice has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Rasydin Hospital Padang.
