Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational experience, small group learning, interpersonal skill on leadership. The design of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The total of population in this study is 636 students. The number of samples are 140 students of Economics Faculty students in Universitas Andalas which are randomly chosen to fulfill the instrument. Based on the result of data analysis, it reveals that organizational experience positively significant affects on interpersonal skill, organizational experience positively significant affects on leadership, small group learning positively significant affects on interpersonal skill, interpersonal skill positively significant affects on leadership, organizational experience positively significant affects on leadership through interpersonal skill, small group learning negatively and not significant affects on leadership, small group learning positively significant affects on leadership through interpersonal skill. Through this result, the further researcher can use as a reference that can be developed as well as adding other variables with techniques or deep approaches to make it worthwhile.
