Abstract

The development of mining stock price trends in Indonesia from 2012 to 2019 was dominated by coal mining companies. Competition in the mining industry makes each company improve its performance so that the goal of increasing company value can be achieved, one of which is the stock price. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of Internal Factor and External Factor toward stock prices. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvency Rate (Internal Factor) and the influence Inflation and Gross Domestic Product Rate (External Factor) towards Stock Price in Coal Mining Industry. This study used secondary data from period 2012-2019 and used panel data analysis. The model that used in this study is Random Effect Model (REM). This research method is Multiple Regression Linear. The sampling technique used non probability purposive sampling, with a sample of 13 coal mining companies based on listed on IDX. The results of this study showed variable of Return of Assets, GDP, and Inflation has significant effect toward Coal Mining Stock Prices. But other variable, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio not significant.
