FAKULTAS KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS JANUARI 2021 Nama : Tesya Kurnia No. BP : 1911316051 LITERATURE REVIEW: FAKTOR PSIKOLOGIS YANG MEMPENGARUHI PROSES BELAJAR PADA MAHASISWA ABSTRAK Mahasiswa adalah masa dimana usia remaja yang berada dalam fase transisi yang proses mencari jati diri. Selain itu remaja juga adanya perkembangan secara kognitif dan emosi. Ini dapat membuat remaja masih labil dan mendapatkan suatu stressor. Penyebab stress dan ansietas kehidupan belajar mahasiswa dapat berasal dari kehidupan akademiknya, terutama dari kebutuhan eksternal dan harapannya sendiri. Kebutuhan eksternal dapat berasal dari tugas-tugas kuliah, beban belajar, adanya tuntutan orang tua akan keberhasilan dalam kuliah, dan adaptasi sosial di lingkungan kampus.Bagi mahasiswa bisa jadi secara fisik sudah siap akan tetapi secara psikis belum. Ketidaksiapan remaja menghadapi masa perkuliahan, dapat menjadi beban mental tersendiri bagi mahasiswa, sehingga menimbulkan malah psikologis seperti gangguan mental emosional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi proses belajar pada mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yaitu dengan literature review menggunakan 3 database seperti google scholar, pubmed dan science direct dari tahun 2015-2020. Seleksi studi yang dilakukan mendapatkan 7 artikel penelitian yang akan direview menggunakan metode PRISMA. Hasil penelitian yaitu mendapatkan faktor-faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi proses belajar pada mahasiswa diantaranya stress, ansietas, depresi, dan gangguan panik. Dan faktor dominannya yaitu stres. Disarankan kepada perawat diharapkan dapat mengurangi factor psikologis yang akan mempengaruhi proses belajar pada mahasiswa meliputi adanya tingkat pengaruh pada teman sebaya, lingkungan teman tinggal, mekanisme koping, ansietas dengan prestasi belajar, depresi terhadap proses belajar dan gangguan panic. In addition, adolescents also develop cognitive and emotional development. This can make teenagers still unstable and get a stressor. The cause of stress and anxiety in student learning life can come from their academic life, especially from their own external needs and expectations. External needs can come from college assignments, study load, the demands of parents for success in college, and social adaptation in the campus environment. Students may be physically ready but not psychologically. Youth unpreparedness to face the lecture period can be a mental burden for students, causing psychological problems such as mental emotional disorders.The purpose of this study is to determine the psychological factors that affect the learning process in students. The research method is literature review using 3 databases such as google scholar, pubmed and science direct from 2015-2020. The selection of studies carried out obtained 7 research articles that will be reviewed using the PRISMA method. The results of the study were to obtain psychological factors that influence the learning process in students including stress, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. And the dominant factor is stress. It is suggested to the nurses that it is expected to reduce the psychological factors that will affect the learning process in students including the level of influence on peers, the environment of friends living, coping mechanisms, anxiety with learning achievement, depression on learning processes and panic disorders.
