Abstract

This research aim to investigate the extent of implementing information technology governance by Indonesia company and also to investigate the relationship between the implementation of IT governance and company performance. The sample cosist of 56 respondent participate that represent each company. This research analysis was carried out using Cobit 4.1 standarts to investigate the extend of implementing IT Governance, and SPSS 22 to test the regression linear between the implementation of IT Governance and company performance that is consist of 9 indocators. The result shows that there was a good implementation of IT Governance in average on indonesian companies, and also there was a positive relation between the implementation of IT Governance with company perfomance.
