Abstract

Pregnancy is a condition where a woman has an embryo or fetus in her womb. A healthy reproduction for pregnancy and childbirth is the age of 20-30. Today there is a very high threat found in adolescent problems, namely the occurrence of unwanted pregnancies that will result in high risk pregnancies. One effect is the position of the fetus breech.. Cases of teenage pregnancy in the working area of the Lubuk Buaya Puskesmas since 2019 reached 12 people. The purpose of this scientific work is to apply nursing care to teenage pregnant women with breech position and breach of evidence based practice in the working area of the Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center in Padang with the application of knee-chest position and hypnobirthing to change the position of jain to post. All of the EBNs have a significant influence on patient nursing problems. This scientific work can be included in the provision of nursing care, especially clients with breastfeeding problems and the application of EBN at home
