Abstract

This rasearch the influences of three leadership style (Transformational, Transactional and Servant) on employees'Job satisfaction in Dinas Perdagangan Tambang dan Energy (Disperindagtmaben) Padang. The data obtained through questionnaire. The study found that the transformational, transactional and servant leadership styles has a good influences on employees' job satisfaction. It means the leader at Disperindagtamben Padang has already use this three leaderships styles in a good ways. Therefore Disperindagtamben Padang should maintain and enhance the leadership styles to improve employees job satisfaction.
