Abstract
Ovarian cancer is the deadliest malignancy in the field of gynecology because it does not cause typical symptoms so it is often found in advanced stages. Almost all ovarian cancer patients will be managed with chemotherapy. The effectiveness of chemotherapy is good because it can work systemically. However, the diagnosis of ovarian cancer and the length of the chemotherapy treatment process along with all the physical and psychological side effects have made ovarian cancer patients experience constant sadness and lead to depression, this certainly hinders the patient's therapy and healing process.
