Abstract
Pratama1, Dr. Hendra Lukito,SE,MM2 Andalas University Master of Management Department Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Remuneration on Performance of Unand staff and work stress as an intervening variable. The samples of this study were all staff of Unand in the PNS status and sort by using non probabilities sampling technique. The research data was taken by questionnaires and then processed by using SmartPls 3 test tools. The result showed that Remuneration has positive and significant effect on Performance, Remuneration has positive and significant effect on Work stress, Work Stress has positive and non significant effect on Performance, Work stress has no intervening effect between Remuneration and Performance. Keywords: Performance, Work stress, Remuneration. 4 PENGARUH REMUNERASI TERHADAP KINERJA TENDIK DENGAN STRESS KERJA SEBAGAI MEDIASI DI UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS Wahyu Adhi Pratama1, Dr. Hendra Lukito,SE,MM2 Jurusan Magister Manajemen Universitas Andalas Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh remunerasi terhadap kinerja tendik Unand dengan stress kerja sebagai mediasi. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh tendik Universitas Andalas yang berstatus PNS dengan teknik non probability sampling. Data penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah dengan memakai alat test Smart Pls 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Remunerasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Kinerja, remunerasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja, stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pada kinerja, stress kerja tidak memiliki efek mediasi antara remunerasi dan kinerja. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Stress Kerja, Remunerasi
