Abstract
This study aimed to anlayzed the effects of eduction, training and work motivation on employee performance. The study on rectorat employee Universitas Andalas. The data obtained through questionnaire. The sample was drawn from 82 employees on rectorat Universitas Andalas. The data analyzed by using SPSS 19. In this research, there are 3 variables : those are independent variable which is education, training and work motivation. The dependent variable which is employee performnce. The finding indicated that education is positive but not significant effect related to employee performance, the training is positive and significant effect related to employee performance, the work motivation is positive and significant effect related to employee performance.
