Abstract

PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN SKILL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANKEMENAG KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KINERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING Mohd Al Irdha Hayatul Fauzi1, Herri2, dan Donard Games3 Master Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Andalas E-mail: alirdhafauzi@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing dan skill terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, pengaruh knowledge sharing dan skill terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Padang Pariaman , pengaruh kepuasan kerja, knowledge sharing dan skill terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel Intervening.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa pengamatan langsung dilapangan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Pegawai KAN Kemenag Kabupaten Padang Pariaman berjumlah 67 pegawai tidak guru. Dalam penelitian ini yang akan menjadi sampel sebanyak 67 responden.Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pengujian Intrumen penelitian,model structural,uji hipotesis dan analisis path dengan bantuan Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa knowladge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja , Skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja knowladge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja memiliki mediasi antara knowladge sharing terhadap kinerja pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki mediasi antara skill terhadap kinerja pegawai. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of direct observations in the field. The population in this study is 67 employees of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, totaling 67 non-teacher employees. In this study, a sample of 67 respondents will be used. The analysis techniques used in this study are test analysis, research instruments, structural models, hypothesis tests and path analysis with the help of Smart PLS version 3.0. The results of the analysis show that knowladge sharing has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Skills have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, knowladge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a mediation between knowladge sharing and employee performance, Job Satisfaction has a mediation between skills and employee performance.
